This airline was established in 1997 to provide vacation and sports charters. Operations began on January 25, 1998 on a Super Bowl charter. In November, 1998 they launched public charters from Long Beach. On the East Coast, they flew public charters for Sun Jet Tours. Their aircraft were grounded in April 1998 by the FAA concerning maintenance problems. The airline shut down July 6, 1999.
